365 Grateful 1/1/14

So Today is the first day of 2014. I walked into the new year this morning with no plan and no resolution , which is not like me but  it felt right so I went with it. I even agreed willingly to go to an arcade funplex kind of place (which for those who know me would know is also not like me)
one of my favorite phrases is "nature abhors a void" so I guess the vacant space where my resolution should be got filled. Somehow the universe sent me an idea,   I stumbled upon a short video for the 365 grateful project and decided today , right now I would begin. My first reason for being grateful is the ability to enjoy time being silly with my family just playing. It is so rare as adults to get the time to play. Those of us lucky enough to have little ones around us get the opportunity to jump in and join the fun from time to time. Today was that kind of day.
I am grateful for play.
